Meeting called to order at 7:07 a.m.

Board members present: Koepp, Tisler, Dumke, Krumenauer, Jenny, Jared, chadson and Thomas.

Board members absent: Ross, Tom G, Dave K, Matt, Packy.

Robbie made a motion to accept the minutes. Pete seconded the motion.

Treasury: A report wasn’t ready at the time of the meeting, so this will be tabled until the next meeting.

Convention: Sandy sent out a rough spreadsheet with values, but not all of the numbers were in yet. It looks like we will have close to 10,000.

Legislative report: Still working with the DOT on a wholesaler bill as well as a remedy to the used truck frame issue.

Bylaw Committee: Nothing new to report.

Insurance Committee: Nothing new to report.

Membership Committee: We gained two new associate members and two regular members: Catcore, Express auto transport, and Auto Worx.

Newsletter Committee: Everyone has now received the e-newsletter. Some individuals received it from Sandy’s email. Jared and Sandy are going to work with Jared’s IT people to try and resolve the issue. We NEED content.Reminder that news articles are due the 1st of the month! Many of the members haven’t received the new newsletter.

Recycling Committee: Markets are mostly down, but it sounds like next month things are going to drop.

Scholarship Committee: Nothing new to report. One application has been received so far.

Website Committee: All good.

Old Business:

New Business: Get a gift card for our runners, Jackie and Gail, from the Midwest Conference. Each of them did a great job of helping get the hospitality room together and registration. $200 is approved.
